Known for his out-of-box thinking and determination, he is a vital contributor to projects requiring sustainability and eco-friendly architecture and technologies. He combines a close day-to-day involvement in design with his primary responsibilities for the strategic direction of the practice. Leading the team of Akaar Architects, he oversees a diverse range of educational, institutional, healthcare & residential projects. He was the recipient of JK Architect of the year awards in 2006 & IIA Young Architects Awards in 2015.
He graduated in 2000 from CET bhubaneswar, is a fellow of Indian Institutes of Architects and a GRIHA national evaluator.

With over 15 years experience in architectural design, has exceptional skills and experience in planning, detailing, designing and coordinating projects both in the public and private sectors. Excellent communication, public relations, problem-solving and leadership skills, combined with deep knowledge of engineering and architectural codes, makes him highly valuable member. Graduated in Architecture in 2000 & an associate since the firms inception in 2003, he has been responsible for overseeing a range of projects of various magnitudes from design development to completion.
Mr. Raju is responsible for the comprehensive services planning and co-ordination of major projects. He has more than 25 years of experience in building services planning & construction management, as well as preparation of tender documents & schedules.

Mr. Arshad, leads the team of structural engineers as head of Wali Quadri & Associates, Hyderabad. He has more than 25 years of experience & worked on a wide range of building types throughout the country, ranging from large-scale multidisciplinary projects to small-scale housing. He is recognized for his ability to create innovative solutions and brings a deep appreciation for great design, technical excellence and interdisciplinary coordination. His involvement in a project typically begins with conceptual design and continues through construction administration.

Having 35 years of vast & well rounded experience in electrical system designing, work supervision and testing makes him an asset to the organisation. He has ability to analyze complex engineering problems, evaluate, and recommend proper solutions effectively.
Her primary responsibility is the general management of our firm. Since she joined in 2007 her focus has been on optimizing internal work environment & accounting. A commerce graduate & MBA, she has re-aligned the Office Management at akaar architects.
